the new shit out of nyc. camby back to nyk? i fogot who we got back for him back when we impatiently shipped him out post '99 finals, becuase Jayson "I'm going to shoot my driver while giving a house tour" Williams called Camby "Fragile"...

http://www.nydailynews.com/sports/basketball/knicks/2009/01/04/2009-01-04_knicks_consider_trade_to_bring_back_marc.html

At least walsh is hearing the cries of the nyc faithful, that we need some d to suppliment any offense no matter how high octane it may be.

I hope the two all-stars we get in 2010 can play both ways...

What a great win yesterday. Chandler is a definite keeper. I think with another couple of seasons under his belt, he may emerge as a true star. I wouldn't mind having Harrington to come off the bench in 2010 either. He seems to be flourishing in that role.

Amazingly enough, I have seen more defensive intensity over the last few games. The switches on the Rondo/Garnett pick n' roll were great. That set the tone and destroyed any cohesion the C's had. I hope they see what they can do when commited to D and bring that intensity to the next 50 games.

I get a chuckle out of Clyde calling Pierce's pass "the most asinine pass."

Considering the way we've played lately, I'm not big on the first, second even the third quarter. So if we have a one point lead after one, it doesn't mean much.

It's about finishing out the game--actually winning the game.

Al Trautwig is now confirming that the Celtics are interested and that Marbury has been to Boston twice to talk. Mike Breen added that the Marbury to the Celtics rumors are originating from Marbury himself.

I wish Duhon would have put more pressure on Jack but I guess we don't have any stoppers. that's nothing new, crawford and zbo were the same kind of matador defenders.

whoever we get in 2010 they better be solid defenders and not of the eddy curry volition.

This would be the worst case scenario. I would rather the Knicks play short-handed for the rest of the season than let Marbury play for the Celtics. Sure, it would be similar to Sam Cassell's limited role last season behind Rondo and Eddie House, but I don't care. I don't want this guy to win. He embodies so much of what is wrong with professional sports: immaturity, greed, false pride. He doesn't deserve to win.
