oh, okay i get it. the other guy was the savior, since his middle name is lord, then dantoni came and f¤cked it up. Guess what, we didnt play defense last year either. Guess what, we got blown out by more the previous two years.

Z-Bo, distraught that rookie Eric Gordon got six more shot attempts up in an 88-85 loss to the Lakers, has been arrested for drunken driving.
i don’t miss this guy one bit, but am at least grateful he didn’t Stallworth anybody in his weaving Bentley at 2:30 in the morning.
The OTL piece on D’Antoni was a puff piece, i don’t dislike the guy but he just seems an ill fit for this town. A short term novelty, brought in to jazz up a dreary two year stretch while Walsh blows up the roster. i don’t expect either of them to be in their current capacities when the 2010-11 season kicks off.
D’Antoni would be well advised to be a bullshitter and pay lip service to defense in press conferences and soundbites to appease the “gritty” NY fans, but he won’t do it. He’s too arrogant to try and win over the fans.
He’ll just be himself and watch Nate slip under screens and David Lee stay at home on his man rather than switch on dribble penetration into the paint, and talk about how if we had just hit a couple more shots we coulda got the duke tonight. =(
What’s the over-under on Crawford & Sims getting some burn before the end of the season?
