Wow. first we got Ew2, now Grunfeld2.0 and AH7 part deux?
This is the generations team. At least Walsh is going out of his way to recruit people with Knicks roots, Isiah shit all over any former Knicks that expressed interest in joining the team. I won’t give Walsh too much credit though, he did snub the real Patrick Ewing just as Isiah did. Maybe it has something to do with Dolan?
Anyone know if Oakley or Starks has some kids about to finish high school? Walsh is something else thus far.

KnicksD,
This is all part of Stern’s “clean up the Knicks” program.
Ewing:Has skills and can help in the future, good move.
Houston:Good clean pass-Knick,but pass his prime. His knees will not last the whole season. He should not be allowed to take a roster spot away from young Ewing or another young player.
Grunfeld:A name you know and trust? But,really what are the chances he contributes?Do he have any skills?
all we need is starks and oakley to suit up and take the court, maybe sprewell too if he can play lol! that starting 5 will still probably win more games than last season =(
one day marbury is saying he’s holding out for the entire 21 million of his contract if they want to buy him out, the very next day he says it is about winning, not the money.

he’ll play better this year, because it is a contract year for him, but he still needs to go.
