Steady

ROFLMFAO!

"I suspect that E-City gets an earful from Glymph, Aguire, Williams, Hanners, IT, Jamal, JJI, hell anybody who can try to get to Puff the lovable magic dragon in the middle. Any clue yet on the letters following E?"

Yes the answer to your question is D, as in Defense, which is something E-d seems to have had a hard time developing.

As I told DVJ, lets see how Isiah's purported experiment of getting E to "d" up and focus on Offense 2nd develops legs.

If not then heck Eddy will be fair game for trade speculation, in my book. But as I mentioned before I am a bit more patient, which of course won't extend beyond this season let alone perhaps this trade line.

Orange,
From my vantage point, the Eddy Curry situation with the NYK is the same it has been since coming out of high school. I'll give you the first letter anf you can pretty much fill out the rest. Ready? The letter is E.

In terms of coaching, Starburyfan (now known as Knicksdefense) once typed a witty comment about Curry needing a big man coach to teach him big man moves as opposed to Aguire teaching fat ass guard post-up moves. I wll remind you here that Herb Williams is also on the staff and prolly does more than chart shots and carry the clipboard for IT. I suspect that E-City gets an earful from Glymph, Aguire, Williams, Hanners, IT, Jamal, JJI, hell anybody who can try to get to Puff the lovable magic dragon in the middle. Any clue yet on the letters following E? My take may appear somewhere like Modi's. Stay tuned. These sites are now like sister stations anyway.

Folly:
You're a little weird.
Check that.....a lot weird.
You're an outsider that longs for acceptance even when you're accepted.
You need everyone to sing your praises in order to function.
Your insecurities are shining brightly.
You need help.

Last gasps before I retire for the evening and get all amped up for the game versus Pheonix.

Did you guys catch the article by Ken Berger in Newsday in which he speculates on what following dilema it might be to just blow up the team and change courses now. Seems like Kenny has been reading KnicksDefense.

Also I am trying to draw a person under the cloak of jezeble to Knicksdefense, seems like that person has the right stuff and appears to be a real fan.

Here are some links to articles regarding our Big Boy in the Middle Eddy Curry.

http://www.nytimes.com/2007/12/02/sports/basketball/02knicks.html?_r=1&ref=basketball&oref=slogin

http://www.thejournalnews.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20071202/SPORTS01/712020378/1108/SPORTS01

Both the articles seem to note Curry's difficulties in the new twin towers power post offense. Also the articles discuss Zeke's hope that Curry will direct his efforts on the defensive end when his offense is not flowing.

My question on this topic is Do you guys think Curry needs a guru/Defensive big man coach? I mean Howard seems to be developing face up moves and has worked with both Ewing and a shooting coach to expand his offensive game. Perhaps Curry could use a Hakeem Olajuwan to coach some defense, shot blocking and timing on rebounds etc, to our E Munster?

Please advise.

DVJ,
Whhhhhushh, at least now you have added the " " around prophet. I translate that to mean facetiousness/tongue in cheek, irony, etc. My message to MSG is: find out who's talking to this callous cat and FIRE him/her on the spot.
And I do recall your DNA from your past entries. Thanks for sharing. More--one person's kissy-kissy is another person's foreplay. You know what's good.

Finally an article on Crawford's apparent emergence as a <a HREF="http://www.nypost.com/seven/12012007/sports/knicks/jamal_delivers_following_tirade_704725.htm" rel="nofollow">leader</A> on the Knicks.

Contrast that with the following article about Marbury's apparent <a HREF="http://www.newsday.com/sports/basketball/knicks/ny-spberger025485332dec02,0,6078868.column" rel="nofollow">disruption of team cohesion</A> --i.e., a question of Marbury's ability to rally the team behind him "leadership".
