Well, today marks the first day of the regular season, what’s on my mind? Well, the Knicks aren’t playing today, so forget all that Oden-less Portland vs Spurs noise on TNT–do they ever pick the right games to televise anyway? Answer: not in the last three or four years…
I’ll tell you what’s on my mind, what costume do I wear for Halloween this year? The Knicks give us some of their feedback.

Kandiman is over there on those other blog sites holding it down–representing Denfenders.
So I guess we won’t be seeing DNice on friday afterall. Who here said he was ready to contribute this year ???? Not even on a club that could use some asses on the bench right now thinks he’s ready for action. Looks like Superman is falling back to earth ???
My thoughts on Demitros Nichols is this(I’m taking back the Knick name because he dosen’t deserve it) he didn’t want NY. He just wanted to use this as an opprotunity to showcase his skills so he could be picked up by another team. So instead of being apart of a promising future here in NY he will now probably be a prostitute player until he learns the nuances of the game. So that means Cleveland this year and probably Washington next year and so on and so forth. He’ll probably find a steady home after about 3 or 4 years in the league. Good riddance and bad luck to Mr. Nichols.
“How can he talk about one’s intelligence when he wasn’t even aware of stuff going on in his own house?”
True. True.
JohnQ
You will see Dnice on friday! BARF stated it was only Berman’s opinion!
Just like A#sholes! Everybody’s got one!
T’Wolves’ Randy Foye out with a knee injury. I bet you McFale didn’t think he’d end up having to start Sebastian Telfair. And yet, now he’s forced to. Unless, of course, he’s ready to start Marko Jaric.
Wow. I don’t envy him having to make these tough decisions.
Booman
Get real! If Dnice ain’t looking out for #1, who will?
You act like he had to be a Knick or nothing!
I would of done the same thing if I were in his position!
Hell, any one with game would have!
Peace, maybe Britney’s really a Buddhist and I didn’t get the memo.
BARF
LMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Peaceman,
You are aware that Demitros was the #53 pick. How much game does he really have is the real question here? And if I knew that there were only 7 life rafts on a boat and the captian decided to throw me one then I would be forever grateful to that Captian and wash the deck of the ship. Loyalty is everything especially when you were not wanted by anybody else 52 times. One more example for ya. If I talk to 52 women and they all turn me down about time I get to #53 I would just be so happy somebody said yes that we might be walking down the aisle.
fight
fight
fight
booman vs peaceman
I got a front row seat!!!
hugs & pounds after you’re done no matter what
peace, by the way, i meant to say before that you asking everyone else to stop cursing is like a dude on death row serving 6 straight life terms telling everyone else in jail that they should “value life, cuz its precious”.
just bloggin’
and, yes, i do agree
LOL BARF
Boomann,
it’s this simple, Dnice got screwed with the false positive Hep C test!
Just like Curry was suspect of having a “Hank Gathers/Reggie Lewis type of heart ailment.”
Check out the Skinny on Dx express about Dnice’s orlando camp! That will tell you all you
need to know why he dropped to #53! In the same logic you imply, Dave Lee would have really been
a Scrub to make it on the borderline of the first and second round @ #30, let alone all the booing
that the Garden sent Zeke’s way! All I can say is we don’t have to debate this because we are less than 72 hours away
from the Knicks vs Cav’s game! We’ll see it out on the floor!
BARF
I said I would work on it! Fuck! lol
See Peace my man
You have my logic confused with someone else’s conclusions. I’m aware that he has game because Isiah would not have accquired him if his game was not up to par. My logic has more to do with his unloyal type actions to a dude who was willing to give him a chance after 52 picks had already passsed. I’m aware of his ability to shoot and would of been happy to see him on the team but that is not happening. Now he’ll have to suffer like the rest of the leage as the NY Knicks redeem their selves for past failures.
Peaceman;
I like your idea of meeting at one of the N.Y. sports bars to watch a game, but this Friday strikes me as too short notice. I think we should plan such event with some lead time. I cannot make it this Friday (opening game), but could make it on alomost any night thereafter. I think Starburyfan should take the leadership role in organizing the gathering; I believe, if given enough notice and some planning, along with enough r.s.v,p. commitments, we could have a Defender night to remember.
KFL
I see your point Boomann!
But let’s look at Dnice’s perspective!
According to Hahn( Nichols lit up practice with treys) and what we saw in Summer league,
let alone his last minutes as a Knick, maybe he felt that Zeke was not being loyal to him?
Seems Dnice was right! The moment he cleared waviers, the Cav’s jumped on him, faster than
than Mitch Lawrence was turned away by any decent looking woman!
BARF
I read the little piece you got from Steve Adameck’s Blog.
I was listening to some Steven A and was fortunate to catch it when Steven A was interviewing NBA Commissioner David Stern.
What was interesting was that when Steven posed to Stern the whole Knicks ABS Sexual harrasment question he answered with the following response– note I am paraphrasing.
Basically that the whole ABS Sexual Harrasment matter could be interpreted as giving the league an opportunity to reevaluate it’s workplace habits at the various NBA venues and that as such going foward the NBA would be much the better for it. Essentially Stern mentioned that during the league meeting with various owners he was introducing his plan to reevaluate and help NBA rehaul their procedures to a standard of conduct the NBA would set so as to aovid a reply of ABS.
Additionally with regards to the Knicks in particular he said that the Knicks would be better off in the long run after this episode since going foward they could now rehaul their procedures and measures to address workplace harrasment.
Lastly Stern pointed out that winning and the regular season with ZBO as the new addition to the Knicks would help cure some of the ill will arising from the ABS fiasco.
Hey I agree with Post UP Prince I would be willing to go to catch a game at a sports bar but at a later date and with more adequate notice.
I have a question to the Defenders
I’ve been hearing this back and forth about the suspect nature of the NBA game– the Ballerina league or WWE etc– and to add to that are the comments that Stern or his cronies for marketing purposes might have had an incentive to get LeBron to the finals over a more complete Piston team.
My question is if the Bulls get Kobe will Stern, hypothetically and assuming any truth to the conspiracy theory, favor Kobe in Chicago over an emerging Knick team? Will we have a replay of the Charles Smith no calls so that Kobe in the red of the Chicago Bulls can sell more market shares to Stern’s NBA investors?
I’m sort of worried only to the extent that the Knicks don’t have that “Trnascendent Supestar” player who might draw favorable calls> I wonder if in the event the Bulls get Kobe will the Bulls with their “transcendent superstar” get the calls against are beloved orange and blue. In short will we ever catch a fair break?
This line of reasoning leads me to think that maybe, if the game is fixed and stacked to favor the “transcendent superstar,” why not make a bid for Kobe. I recall someone here mention the three players it would take to get him.
Additionally talks of NY make a strong bid for Kobe might up the ante so that Chicago feels desperate to throw in players it would not otherwise, thereby leaving the potential Kobe Bulls less dangerous.
But if I were to have it my way I’d love to see the Knicks as they are now succeed and make a finals showing anf get the NYC the ship it’s long deserved.
Anyfeedback peeps?
O&B
I don’t think stern, a new yorker, has shown enough favoritism towards the knicks. ever since that ewing draft he’s gone out of his way to depict indifference towards the home team when he should be making some of the networks pickup knicks games and other stuff that supports the knicks. we only won 33 games last season, yet there were a lot of exciting games played by the knicks. when i watch those boring games on TNT and ESPN, you know they always show the same 6 team combinations, the league needs the knicks to matter again soon.
kobe can be kind of spoiled. i think he and KG, lebron those are three of the best individual players int the league right now, but they each have their personalities. And also going with what booman was saying about d-nice, if he don’t want us, then I don’t want him (Kobe). everything i hear is that he wants chi. does he even have interest in helping the knicks turn things around?
>>>
as far as the sports bar, how about around the time of the denver game peaceman was talking about? what day is that on peace? i haven’t look at any schedules yet, that will be my next post, the november schedule.
is that cool with everybody? if we get enough feedback here i can send out an email to everybody. if there is another game that everyone prefers that’s also a possibility. i went to almost all the games last season, this year i haven’t bought tickets to any of them yet, so sport bar is cool with me.
does the juwan howard to dallas signing do anything in terms of kobe going to dallas or chi?
did jalen rose finally retire, or is he still active on a roster? C-webb is still playing, juwan is still playing…
when I was at the boston game two weeks ago, the people behind me saw malik and said “now which rose is that, is that Jalen?”
the other boston guy said, “uh. I don’t think so… I think it is another rose, but I can’t think of his name.”
Then they saw nate come into the game. “man, that #4 is really short, how short is he, like 5-11?”
I just sat there and watched the game and minded my own business. other teams fans are oblivious of the knicks, yet I know their players. people just want the home team to win.
If the Nets move back to Brooklyn in a few years, as scheduled, the city of Newark should make a major PUSH for the Sonics franchise. I know it would disrupt the conferences, ect, but Newark just got a brand new 18,000 seat arena where the NJ Devils will play. It is waking distance from the PATH trains, therefore walking distance from Manhattan. All the people that didn’t go to the nets games because of transportation problems would probably make it out to this new arena in Newark. That is just how I see it.
The Newark Sonics. Kick Toronto out of the Atlantic Divison, the Canadians!
Just bloggin’ y’all.
Starburyfan,

The Denver game is Tuesday, Nov 6th!
holy crap, next week!?

Don’t get me wrong, I really would like the Knicks to win with the team they have constituted. I really don’t care for Kobe but my whole rant was just about the frustration I feel with regards to the lack fo respect the Knicks get and have gotten in the past. I mean I’ve gotten a sense before the whole referee scandal and Rasheed Wallace rants that the league tended to favor its superstars or transcendents more than the collective efforts of the team– the exception of course being the Detroit Pistons under the HOF coach whose name we do not mention.
Also regarding your question about a Howard perhaps being a sign of Kobe Bryant possibly having an option in Dallas, I thought that LA was asking for Nowitsky in any potential trade for Kobe. I believe that I read somewhere that Dallas would not give up Nowitsky in order to get Kobe.
“The Newark Sonics” HA! more like the “Newark urban revival.” Though it would be good for Jersey’s people to have a team. Then again what did they do to keep the Nets?
Oh what I am trying to get to with regard to the national MSM reaction to stories such the Celtics revival, the Kobe to Chicago is that perhaps when one compares the relative big splash those stories make over the mum but steady and effective rebuilding/revival the Knicks are going to experience under Thomas perhaps the national MSM ignores the Knicks potential b/c their emergence will not be the result of a big splash move. ON the flip side the ire that the national MSM takes up against the Knicks might reflect the local coverage.
Could the following below be Alan Con’s true feelings about how the Knicks will fare this upcoming season. Who else is both an Islanders fan and would have described himself as Sal from Long Island??????????????? Is Con really a Knick Hater in sheeps clothing?????????
Knicks get off to a weak start, don’t ever win 5 games in a row, never make any real noise in the leastern. nasty nate is traded. Fans continue to beg Dolan to fire Isiah. Team never gels. Team fails to reach all expectations.

Anyone hear Charles Barkley say that Thomas should apologize to African American women about the remarks “made” during the ABS trial.
Time for Zeke to call up Chuck and get a retraction!
ESPN Insane Clown Posse of Sportswriters show the Knicks no love with regard to the team’s chances to win the Atlantic Division.
Only one shot of the Knicks during the TNT pregame intro.
Orange & Blue
I always thought that Barkley hated the Knicks since 96′, when it was suppose to be he and Reggie Miller that were coming to the Knicks, It turned out to be LJ & Houston. Barkley should keep his mouth closed.
DLT
What is sort of troubling is Barkley’s failure do some basic background check to see if the statement alleged was actually made or whether the statement was misconstrued. If Barkley had done some work and seen the deposition in detail would Barkley have made such a statement. Again I tend to think that the national MSM takes its lead from the local MSM. I would love to check with MODI to see what his insight would be though.
Anyway what do you think of the lack of love the Knicks are getting from the ESPN “anal lyst”?
DJ Gallo of ESPN had the following to say about the Knicks in his NBA A-Z bit.
K: Knicks
Making fun of the Knicks was all the rage in recent years, but no more. Isiah Thomas has himself a team that should make the playoffs. The Knicks will make anyone who underestimates them their [term Thomas uses to describe female executives].
This ESPN Turd has the Knicks as 32-50 and in the lottery. But projects David Lee to have a breakout season.
Orange&Blue
1)Your point about Barkley is correct, he should THINK and learn BEFORE he talks.
2) As far as the “No Love” for our Knicks…that’s good,Zeke has to put this team in an “Us against the World” mentality.Let everyone sleep on us.I don’t think the key is the EC-ZBo combo,I think they will be fine. I think Q,Steph,JCraw MUST punish other teams with the 3-pointers to keep that space EC and ZBo will need. IF we can drain those 3′s…..no one will sleep on us again.Hold the love for the playoffs, no one is watching us…..GOOD!
Starburyfan, Peaceman, et. al.:
Tuesday, Nov. 6th for the Denver game works for me. Any others? Name the
sportsbar. I think somewhere in Manhattan mid-town would probably be
accessible to many Defenders. But let’s hear some more feedback on the
game date and sportsbar suggestions. LGK
DLT
Agreed with the point about the perimeter players having to make further adjustments in order to compliment the EZ pass combo. Did you get the impression that Crawford’s rough preseason was partially the result of having to adjust to working his shot off the perimeter instead of his more conventional drive and pop style? I think Crawford may have the hardest adjustment to make b/c of his freelance style of play, Marbury had already been working towards adjusting his game to become the more conventional PG the Knicks need whereas for a scoring oriented rather than perimeter shooting gaurd such as Crawford the adjustment might take more time. This is where a repeat my tired mantra that Crawford should come of the bench to better accomodate his style of play.
Good Night Defenders
Not for nothing…if the Lakers can stay healthy this year…they will make some noise.
Fisher brings a whole new element to this team that they’ve been missing since he left.
Instead of Smush Parker as their starting PG….they have Fisher.
Fisher is a CHAMPIONSHIP CALIBER (spell check) point guard. Now the Lakers won’t be so
dominated by the Suns, Mavs and Spurs at the PG position.
Nash, Parker and Terry normally kill the Lakers, heavily swinging the advantage to their teams.
With Fisher back…..Kobe can go back being a straight scorer and defender.
I personally don’t think Kobe will go anywhere.
I think they will start the season off well. Kobe and everybody else will realize that what he did
only made their team stronger and better.
My dream is a Knicks vs. Lakers finals. That would be retarded indeed.
I’ll let you guys know about the Denver game.
I was watching SNY and the Grill was there(and yes, he does title justice)talking smack. They had Jefferson up there. Before he came on, some so called Knicks fans were asked ‘what they think on how the Knicks will do this season: Every person answering comments were negative. SNY shows what they want to show.
KNICKS DAY IS COMING—SHUT UP ALL THESE FAKE FANS!!!!
Anti
In an Ideal World I would think that a Cable Network Sportstation that focuses on the New York Area Sports Team would attempt to get a balanced approach to covering the “opinions” of Knicks fans. I repeat my theory the Tabloid MSM sportswriters are the cancer that spread out corrupting and skewing all assessments made about the Knicks and not only affect the national MSM’s assessment but also taint the Television medias coverage.
Anti I suggest you put SNY in your proverbial dog house!
Orange & Blue,
“Anti I suggest you put SNY in your proverbial dog house!”
Will Do!!!! IN THEY GO!!!!
Orange & Blue #81 who cares what the espn “anal lyst” think…IMO they don’t see the team and comment on the circumstances surrounding the Garden and then whisper something about our chemistry… they are not fans and just don’t see the team/players as we do….. & Barkley hated the knicks ever since we swept him and his sixers. rem: we used a broom on his ass ..heheh .. right there on his home court.
Starburyfan #71, Do you really think an nba franchise will be successful in jersey state??????
#69 Any Sportsbar in midtown is fine with me.
Orange & Blue. #68 I see the Knicks as one hell of a scoring machine and will not be an easy out even if they get off to a slow start in a game. Most games for us this year will come down to the fourth quarter and in its final minutes… And yes in Kobe will get the favorable call then. Defense will be the Key, we will need to stop him cleanly (aka lockdown defender), make him either give up the ball or take a bad shot. I don’t like the bulls and will hate them even more if Kobe wears their uniform.
syd, please don’t put down jersey–let’s not forget this will be the second time the nets franchise will attempt to reside in brooklyn. i’m not convinced they’ll do any better in brooklyn than in NJ because new yorkers are knicks fans, first and foremost.
as I stated before, the main reason the nets struggle in terms of crowd attendance is because many people in the surrounding areas find it difficult to commute to the arena. you basically need a car unless you want to take a train to get to a bus that will go there or cab it outright. the new arena in newark is far more accessible to commuters than anything out in east rutherford. i don’t have to lobby for it, if it makes sense, and the rich real estate developers fail to kick those generational families out of their homes (its a shame what people do for the love of money) down by the brooklyn railyards, the natural choice will be newark despite jay-z’s inclinations.
but let’s just see how the old nets do in the frank gehry building assuming it gets built. i’m in brooklyn pretty often during the week and I can only speak for myself when I say I’ll never cheer for the nets even after they’ve completed their transplant back to brooklyn.
speaking of the nets and charles barkley, he predicted tonight on TNT that the Nets would make it out of the east this year.

KNICKS DEFENSE HALLOWEEN ROLL CALL
Good Morning DEFENDERS. Happy Halloween. It’s almost time for the start of a season-long Monster Mash, at MSG and visiting stadiums near you, and the Blogger Bash at “www.KnickDefense.come and read the best in Knicks analysis and commentary in the blogosphere.”
The atmosphere is electric; the energy is building in the building. Our host with the most, Blogzilla a/k/a Starburyfan, the dominator and wacky terminator, has created a Frankenstein of a Blog. The where?wolves are here, wearing Knicks Jerseys, EwingCurse talismans and cross-over dribbles to defeat the bloodsuckers of the Atlantic Division. How will the division be divided? Yes, we know. With the Knicks upstairs in playoff glory and the Net Worthless’, 70sickers, Craptors, and CellarTicks in . . .well, the cellar graveyard. Long Live Knicks Love.
Gentle Folks, are we ready to receive the winnings and “shiny stuff” we so richly deserve for our fanaticism? Are we ready to bask in the rain of treys and the reign of our BIGS in the paint? Are we ready to Post-Up Princely and to be Steady while we get Cooleyhigh and be Poppin in Orange and Blue?
If the answer is yes, and I know it is, it is time for the Official 2007-2008 Roll Call for Knick Defense. Training camp is over and we are ready like Freddy Krueger. So let’s do this.
Yes, we are scary good. On October 1, there were three posters (Modi, Steady and Robin) hanging out with our esteemed host preparing this space for our arrival. With the following words by Shamgod, on October 8 at 10:05 pm at Knicks Fix, the migration began: “Go courtside with news and commentary on the wacky world of the New York Knicks. Wacky world of the NY Knicks? C’mon what kind of ad is that? Sounds like they are making a joke of the Team” on Knicks Fix.” .
Shortly thereafter, BARF on October 9th at 7:42pm set his flag in the heart of KD post territory with the following comment heralding a historic journey that would shake the blogosphere and turn this private haven into the headquarters of Knicks intel. BARF wrote, “Maybe that wacky stuff won’’t go down and we’’ll all migrate here.” Truer words were never typed. . . .
And here we are. Fall In. Attention. Roll call at 47 strong and growing:
Modi, BARF, Peaceman, Jazz, BronxboyinMD, Orange and Blue, Cooleyhigh, Steady, John Q, Shamgod, Robin, Lives In New Jersey, Bumrush40, DaVonnJ, African, Post-Up Prince, Anti-NYSportsnews, Boomann, Statesman, Syd, DNM, DLT Knicks, Poppin Scoski, Harlemboyin MD, St._George, Charles Follymacher, Stopmikelupica, Bokonon, George M., Knicksome, Saipanknickster, TMAN, Minnesota Knicks Fan, MAK, LGM, Andone, Kandiman, Don, Ali G, Dross, Rush, Kevin Harewood, Frantz Richard, Sean Butcher, Trane, Vic Corbitt and Marquette ‘07.

Lives in NJ, great post! And I will use the info for that eventual article (life is getting in the way again of posting).
O&B, it’s hard to take seriously anything Barkely says, and if I recall he has made a couple of pretty sexist statements in the past and might not be the guy to do all of this moralizing. In short, barkely probably desrves no response.
Blogzilla, to your opening post, as a Yankee fan I am very upset at the prospect of losing AROD, but OTOH, if I were AROD I would say “fuck the Yankees, the NY media, and the fans”. He was treated like shit and New York simply doesn’t deserve him. Period.
As for ESPN the fact that not one of 10 writers picked them says a lot. Just statistically, it is very odd. It tells me that they probably spend too much time talking to each other beforehand and it affects them.

Agree with your take on the national “anal lyst,” @ #91 in that they don’t have a clue and that the majority of the information they convey about the team is pure word of mouth instead of observation. Sad thing is that you would expect a bit more effort from the sportwriters of the much baleyhood ESPN– proverbial sports media giant LMFAO. Instead of hearing them regurgitate news and dis-perspectie they get from the NY MSM I would think that such a “professional” grouup of “anal lyst” would do their own research into the team Isiah is building. It’s one think to raise as a question whether the EZ pass big man combo will pan out and how long will it take to do so but it’s another thing to disregard the solid drafting and acquisitions Thomas has made– of course sans JJames. The bunk spilled by SheSPNs “anal lyst” shows me their are lazy regurgitators that merely take their lead from the NY Sports Tabloids.
With regards to your point about the lack of love from Kobe. The NY Yankees respnse to A-Rod sums it up best for me “if Kobe doesn’t want to be a part of a NY Knick team then we don’t certainly want Kobe!” Agree that our perimeter defense should be better this season though I think early on it might a result of Thomas’ emphasis on jumping the passing lanes. This approach ought to make it harder for opposing teams to connect on their post entry and perimeter kickouts but in the long term better overall perimeter defense will be required. My point with Kobe is that its a shame that the league may continue to disrespect the league b/c of the teams lack of a “transcendent” player and that the team is disregard b/c of the very low key by the way nature Thomas’ has rebuilt this team.
Here’s something MODI may want to comment on, it’s a story about the Knicks from a west coast-San Francisco- sportswriter commenting on the Knicks though he is so far removed from the story and compounds that problem with his failure to check the basis of his claims against Isiah and the Knicks.
“Isiah Thomas, known around the league as a bully, a con man and a snake behind that breezy smile and mellow speaking voice, got nailed this summer when a jury found against the Knicks and Madison Square Garden in a sexual harassment suit involving Thomas and one of the club’s female executives. Although Thomas is appealing – to the accompaniment of derisive laughter throughout New York – the case brought disgrace upon one of the league’s most important franchises.
Thanks to incompetent MSG chairman James Dolan, who inherited his money and couldn’t run a five-cent lemonade stand, the Knicks have been a travesty for years – surely the only organization clueless enough to hire Thomas in any capacity. At a time when they could have settled out of court, they stubbornly went ahead with the case – during which Thomas, in a videotaped deposition, derided the Knicks’ white fan base and announced that while he has “a problem” with a white man calling a black woman a “bitch” (one of many accusations leveled against Thomas by the plaintiff, Anucha Browne Sanders, who was fired by Dolan), it’s within a black man’s rights to do so. The media’s outrage, particularly from influential African American sports columnists, was formidable.
Incensed over claims that he has let the Knicks off the hook, Stern said (a) sanctions may yet be coming and (b) there’s an important distinction between criminal cases and the he-said, she-said nature of the Knicks’ civil litigation. A larger point: The Knicks were ordered to pay $11.6 million in damages. In the real world, Thomas and Dolan don’t get away with such nonsense. Until further notice in Stern’s world: Hey, no problem.”
Starburyfan
Love your social commentary about the darker side of the Nets rellocation to brooklyn. I wonder why that story is not given as much commentary and analysis in the NY MSM when compared to the ABS story. Although some may attempt to spin the ABS story as one in which the career of one person was affected the rellocation of the Nets to Brooklyn and the means whereby it will be acheived, by demolition the homes and neighborhoods of intergenerational residents of NY, should get way more attention. In that instance the lives of many people are effected. In the Nets case, if as you have described, its for a different sort of corporate folly that of greed at any cost. I wonder if MODI or anyone closer to the Brooklyn area has done such a story.
Hey it would make good counterspin to throw a deck of the Nets dirty organizational shenanigans out but that much like J Kidds crotch groping get no play in the NY MSM. Is it b/c,… I won’t go their!
Get back to me on that Starburyfan.
Lastly for today, … or at least untill mid day.
Could Sterns slight at the Knicks have some basis in the ending of the Larry Brown tenure in New York?
“It’s doubtful Stern believes that all the Knicks have to do is win some games in order to clean their house. The commissioner has been troubled since the Larry Brown fiasco of two summers ago, and is concerned over the recent sexual harassment judgment levied against Dolan and Isiah Thomas by a federal jury, which supported the claims of Anucha Browne Sanders by awarding her $11.6 million. ”
Nice day yall
Good shit O&B, I’m going to file that pathetic bruce jenkins article away for later, perhaps part of a bigger article. if he were more well known, I would writing an article right now. In any case, I dropped a link in his comment section.
It’s Halloween!Trick or treat!
From the NY Post,
“I can’t separate myself from the team’s achievements or disappointments,” Thomas said. “Whatever we do together as a group, we’ll all take the blame for.”
There is oceanic depth. There is a promise of motion on offense, and on the other end an even bigger promise to defend to the death – or at least the fourth quarter.
“He’s our best player. I’ve run out of adjectives for this guy. He is our team.”
“This is pretty much a veteran ballclub. “We have one rookie. We have a lot of bigs. This is probably the biggest team I’ve been on.”
“His willingness to win, his desire to win. The mark he puts on the game, offensively and defensively, is second to none. He makes it easier for all of us. By him doing that, we all want to make it easier for him.”
“He’s a great player. He’s the leader on the court, …one of our best defenders and certainly our best passer.”
“I just have to be myself,” he said, “do what I did last year:. Find the open guy, play defense. My game hasn’t changed since I came into the league, so there’s nothing I have to do now.”
Trick!Gotcha!
LGK!The Mistake on the Lake is a Fake!!!
